Breath, Awareness & Conscious Creation is an interactive exploration session designed to help participants understand how intentional breathing shapes emotional balance, presence, and conscious decision‑making. Through guided breathwork, environmental awareness, partner mirroring, and reflective visioning, attendees learn to recognize where their breath feels supported or restricted and how deeper awareness can transform daily life. This session creates a grounded, experiential environment ideal for leadership development, team growth, and personal transformation.
The session will be faciliated by Titus Goodman IV.
Titus is an embodiment practitioner, yoga teacher, and writer dedicated to helping individuals reconnect with their bodies through breath, movement, and intentional awareness. His work integrates somatic practice, reflective dialogue, and creative exploration, supporting people in experiencing the body as a site of insight, expression, and transformation. Through work Titus aims to create experiences that bridge presence, creativity, and embodied living.
