About this Event
Breath & Tech is a monthly wellness gathering where ancient breath practices meet cutting-edge technology, offering a sanctuary to restore your nervous system and deepen your connection to self and community.
Each session spotlights a different tool from our Konscious Wellness Tech Suite, blending guided breathwork, hands-on exploration, and reflective dialogue to help you understand how these tools impact your energy, your mind, and your deeper well-being.
This isn’t just another class, it’s a chance to pause, recharge, and realign with your highest self.
