BREATH & RESONANCEA Live Sound Journey & Guided Breathwork Experience
Join Lex Schmidt (OdoNata) and Kalman Lulek for BREATH & RESONANCE, an immersive, two-hour event combining guided breathwork, movement, and live sound healing designed to regulate the nervous system, release stress, and promote deep grounding and relaxation. This is far from your average sound healing event.
The experience begins with a short movement activation to prepare the mind, body, and soul for a guided breathwork led by Kalman Lulek, an Advanced Oxygen Advantage Instructor and Trainer. Drawing on the biochemistry and biomechanics of breath, Kalman guides participants through a curation of intentional practices to quiet the mind, calm the body, release physical and mental tension, and prepare the body for the soundscape ahead.
Following the breathwork Lex Schmidt, facilitating as OdoNata, leads a transportive live sound journey. Through hypnotic melodies, organic rhythms, and resonant vibrations, Lex weaves together a unique blend of rare acoustic instruments including the Didgeridoo, West African Kamale N’goni Harp, East African Ilimba Thumb Piano, Native American flute, singing bowls, ambient percussion, and more, facilitated in an intentional sequence that moves through all of the different meridian channels and energy pathways of the body.
Together, movement, conscious breathing, and restorative sound frequencies create space to reset, ground, and reconnect the mind, body, and soul. No prior experience with breathwork, meditation, or sound healing is necessary. Simply bring an open mind, a yoga mat, a blanket and eye fold if desired, your favorite form of holistic hydration, and settle in for a unique deeply grounding experience.
