Breathwork Medicine is a powerful somatic practice that uses conscious breathing to release energetic blocks from the body, mind, and spirit. It can shift old belief systems, transform negative behavior patterns, and support emotional healing and inner transformation.
What to Expect:
Begin in sacred circle with intention setting and an introduction to the 3-part breathing technique.
Experience an immersive and deep guided breathwork journey, supported by shamanic drumming, chanting, and heart-opening music.
At the end of the journey there is a grounding meditation and integration.
This practice activates the pineal gland—the seat of consciousness—raising your vibrational frequency and creating space for peace, clarity, and spiritual expansion.
