Whether you are expecting, nursing, exclusively pumping, combination feeding, returning to work, or preparing to wean, you are welcome here. Come as you are, bring your baby, and connect with other families who understand the joys and challenges of this season.
Our group is facilitated by Elizabeth Santos Pagán, IBCLC, LCCE, Doula & BRM Pro, and other lactation professionals providing compassionate, evidence-based breastfeeding education and support in a judgment-free environment.
