Breastfeeding 101 is a warm, practical introduction to breastfeeding for expecting parents. This presentation will cover what to expect in the first hours and days, colostrum, feeding cues, latch and milk transfer, milk supply, pumping, bottles, supplementation, and when to seek support. Rather than focusing on perfection, the presentation helps families understand how feeding works, recognize things that are going well, and know where to turn when they need help.This free workshop is part of the Duluth Birth & Baby Fair, a free, family-friendly gathering with workshops, local resources, children’s activities, and more.
