October is Breast Cancer Awareness month, where we raise awareness of the most common cancer to affect women worldwide. The money you raise on the 5K Pink Walk will provide mammography screenings and free cancer treatments to women facing cancer in Pakistan.Breast cancer is treatable, which is why we need to get active. We’re taking to the streets (well, park pathways actually) to remind women that self-examinations and regular mammography screenings are vital to beating breast cancer. It’s a great way to meet new, like-minded people, all walking for a worthy cause.
