Over 20 years' experience in corporate finance, advising corporates, SMEs, government and not-for-profits across acquisitions, divestments, valuations and capital raisings.
Josh Garratt — Founding Partner, Eastend Ventures
Josh Garratt is the Founding Partner of Eastend Ventures, where he leads investment sourcing, capital raising, business growth and strategic engagement. A highly respected figure in Australia's startup and investment ecosystem, Josh has spent over a decade building strong networks and supporting emerging businesses across South Australia and beyond. Named the 2023 Australian Angel Investor of the Year, he previously founded Southern Angels, facilitating $15 million in investment across 36 companies, and supported more than 100 businesses through the Federal Government's Accelerating Commercialisation program. With extensive experience in venture capital, investment due diligence and business development, Josh is passionate about connecting founders with capital, expertise and opportunities to accelerate growth.
Philip Riquier — Banking, Fintech & Technology Investor
With 23 years at Bendigo and Adelaide Bank, Philip held responsibility for major growth divisions spanning property development, structured finance, managed funds, technology, payments and M&A. He is now a director and investor across technology, finance, health and property.
Mark Pitcher — Co-Founder & Partner, Wahl Citadel
An Adelaide-based business leader, investor and company director with almost three decades of experience across corporate finance, investment, technology and business growth, including extensive experience in capital raising, private equity, venture capital, M&A and successful business exits. Mark has also held multiple directorships across private, public and listed entities, bringing broad experience in governance, strategy and business leadership.
