Nick is an accomplished South Australian business leader whose career spans banking, government and technology. Before becoming CEO of RAA in August 2022, Nick held senior leadership roles including CEO of BankSA and Chief Executive of the Department of the Premier and Cabinet.
As just the sixth person to lead RAA in its 123-year history, Nick is helping shape the organisation’s future through a forward-thinking, member-first approach, ensuring RAA continues to evolve alongside the changing needs of South Australians and the communities it serves.
Through this conversation, Nick will share valuable insights drawn from his diverse leadership experience, exploring the lessons learned across different industries, how to lead through change, the importance of innovation and what it takes to build organisations that remain relevant, resilient and focused on their people.
