Breakfast & Learn: Improving Oral Bioavailability
Join us for an in-person session exploring one of the key challenges in small molecule drug development: improving oral bioavailability for BCS II/IV and bRo5 molecules.
SeraNovo will share insights into advanced formulation approaches that address poor solubility, dissolution, and absorption. Through a case study from our NanoGlass™ ExpoSure™ program, we will show how screening 600+ NanoGlass™ formulations can identify in vivo-ready prototypes within 2 weeks using approximately 200 mg API, helping teams make faster and informed decisions for challenging molecules.
The morning is intended as an informal opportunity for learning, discussion, and networking within the Leiden life science ecosystem. It is open to biotech and pharma professionals, researchers, entrepreneurs, students, and anyone interested in drug development, formulation strategy, and improving the performance of challenging medicines.
