Break Your Fast With the Kartel is Vegan Kartel taking over OffBe Holistic Health for one morning to prove a point: plant-based can absolutely go toe-to-toe with anything on a traditional brunch menu — and win.
We're pulling up with fluffy pancakes, "sausage" sandwiches that'll make you double-check the menu, loaded tartines, savory roasted potatoes, and a few more plates we're keeping close to the chest for now. Real ingredients. Real flavor. Zero animal products. If you know, you know — and if you don't know yet, this is your invite.
This isn't a quiet little thing. This is us building something — a community of people who want good food, good energy, and a reason to gather on a Saturday morning that doesn't leave them feeling heavy or guilty after.
