About this Event
Some of the stress we carry isn't ours. It was passed down through our families, our environments, the patterns we inherited and never chose.
The Inner Hour: Break the Pattern is an intimate, immersive experience designed to help you understand how stress and inherited patterns live in the body, and give you real tools to begin releasing them.
In this two-hour experience, you'll move through:
Nervous System Education Learn how stress and inherited patterns shape the way we live, with a focus on the science of epigenetics and how healing actually happens in the body.
Guided Breathwork A gentle, guided practice to regulate your nervous system and move stored tension and emotion.
Meditation & Integration Settle into deep stillness and reconnect with yourself.
Herbal Tea Tasting + Take-Home Blend Discover herbs that support the nervous system, enjoy a warm tea tasting, and leave with a blend to continue the practice at home.
You'll walk away lighter, with practical tools you can use long after the experience ends.
No experience necessary. Just come as you are.
Hosted by Maleeah of Living Wholistically certified holistic health practitioner, herbalist, and breathwork and meditation facilitator.
