BRBC Workshop: Storm Drainage under the Water Act Exemption

The 2026 BRBC Legislation and Policy Committee Workshop will be focused on Using Storm Drainage under the Water Act Surface Water Allocation Licensing Exemption.

The agenda will consist of presentations throughout the day, as well as a workshop component and panel discussion in the afternoon.

Presenters include:

• Storm Drainage as an Alternate Source of Water: Policy and Regulatory Issues, Tracy Chambers, GOA
• Understanding Storm Drainage: the Public Health Guidelines for Wastewater and Storm Drainage Use, Leta Van Duin and Anton Skorobogatov
