About this Event

Thought leaders share new ideas at the intersection of creativity and technology in this exciting lecture series. This special edition will feature a dynamic panel of youth innovators sharing their experiences in technology. With student voices front and centre, this event celebrates the achievements of Brampton’s young tech leaders while encouraging other youth to explore the possibilities of STEAM. Presented in partnership with the Brampton Venture Zone (BVZ), an ecosystem player in the Brampton Innovation District.

Moderator: Marlene Spence, Chief Executive Officer, The Chance Centre

Marlene Spence is a Brampton-based Neurodiversity & Inclusion Coach whose work centres around empowering youth to believe in their potential and step into their purpose. As the founder of Hope Endoors and The CHANCE Centre, she leads programs that build confidence, life skills, and real opportunities for neurodivergent and underserved young people. Marlene is passionate about turning lived experience into leadership and helping young people see what’s possible for their future.

Speaker: Zain Buri, Founder of Seva

Zain Bari is the Founder and CEO of Seva Intelligence, an AI-powered care companion built for families raising neurodivergent children. Her career spans 18+ years across technology, financial services, international development, and mental health, with leadership roles at Siemens, IFC, and Canada Life. At Siemens, she led a major merger integration recognized as a global best practice and was fast-tracked toward country leadership as a result.

Zain holds both an MA in Counselling Psychology and an MSc from the London School of Economics & Political Science. She is a psychotherapist in training and complements that role as a Harvard Medical School-certified health and wellness coach.

As a mother and caregiver, Zain knows the invisible mental load these families carry, because she's carried it herself. Seva is the tool she wishes she'd had on the hardest nights, built from that same intersection of lived experience, psychology, and technology, and from one belief: systems should support families, not wear them down.

Speaker: Amandipp Singh, Founder of Enabled Talent

Amandipp Singh is Founder of Brampton-based Enabled Talent, an inclusion-technology company building AI-powered, accessibility-first tools for education, workforce participation and public life. Recognized as a Top Tech Innovator and recipient of the City of Brampton Accessibility & Inclusive Employment Award, he works with employers, governments and institutions to turn accessibility into practical, scalable innovation.
