Borbala Mayi - lavta, baglama, voice Alexandros Papadimitrakis - oud
Yvonne Melissa - violin
This trio’s music is a tuneful fusion of the Balkans’ vibrant rhythms
and Asia Minor’s rich traditions. Drawing inspiration from
centuries-old songs, they weave together the expressive voices of the lavta, oud and violin with heartfelt vocal performances. Their style reflects a deep respect for their cultural roots while bringing a fresh, contemporary folk energy that makes their music resonate with today’s audiences.
