Dharmmele returns to the Light House. We begin with a calming guided breathing meditation and sound bath, then sing ancient mantras together in a listen and respond format called kirtan — live music that blends ancient chants with modern tunes to cleanse your mind and heart. The evening closes with energetic dance-style kirtan, a final wave of uplifting chants that sends you home glowing.
All ages, in person. Mats and cushions provided — no mat needed. Light, comfortable clothes recommended.
