Box Room Tuesday is a relaxed evening of board games for people who'd like to play and meet new people at the same time.
Where and when: The Box Room Board Game Café, 58 Regent Street, Cambridge, CB2 1DP. Third Tuesday of every month, 6pm to 8pm. Please check the café's opening hours before you go.
How it works
This Eventbrite ticket is free. You pay The Box Room directly for its games library and for anything you eat or drink. The café's published charge is £2.50 per person per hour with a food or drink order, or £3.50 per person per hour for games only (as listed on theboxroombgc.co.uk, 30 Oct 2026).
Booking may be needed, so please book a table ahead directly with The Box Room: https://www.theboxroombgc.co.uk/bookings
There is no host. Everything is organised in the Box Room Tuesday topic of the Social UK Telegram group: https://t.me/+r3icYschHFYyMTc0 Use it to say hello, agree on group size before anyone books, and arrange tables and games.
The café has a large games library, and you are welcome to suggest games in the topic.

You are very welcome. Say hello in the Telegram topic first and join a table there. Nobody needs to be an expert.
