About this Event
Join Theresa, a former colliegate boxer and Meaghan, Certified Personal Trainer - for a complete body workout! You will learn with new skills and feel great about your body. This workshop is for all levels - brand new to boxing & seasoned workout goers.
Workshop format:
30 min Conditioning: full body exercises to elevate your heart rate, build muscle and tone up.
30 Min Boxing Fundamentals: beginner & intermediate stations
30 min Boxing Combos + Mobility: end with putting everything you learned together!
You will leave understanding boxing basics, conditioned to execute this moves and practice for combining boxing technique with a high intensity workout!
