Sessions are held in a locked women only environment so suitable for women of all cultures and fatiths.
If it's your first session, please ensure you arrive at 10.45am punctural to wrap your hands and run through basic boxing technique.
NO ADMTTANCE AFTER 11AM WHEN DOORS ARE LOCKED TO ENSURE WOMAN ONLY SPACE.
