Bountiful Harvest Sauna + Sound Bath

Join us On Monday, November 23rd for am evening of thanksgiving and community. All guests will enjoy a community infrared sauna session. Relaxing the nervous system and heating up the tissue. Followed by the soothing frequenices of a sound bath. Cost is $30 at the door. Please bring a yoga mat and water bottle.
