Bottomless Brunch at Aqua New York

Aqua New York brings together Italian and Japanese cuisine for its weekend bottomless brunch experience offered every Saturday and Sunday from 12:00-2:00 PM. In the heart of Flatiron, the expansive restaurant combines dishes from its two distinct kitchens—Aqua Roma and Aqua Kyoto—for a brunch that spans everything from Italian favorites to signature sushi platters.

For those looking to make an afternoon of it, 90-minute bottomless drink packages start at $30 per person, including Prosecco, white wine, rosé, red wine, domestic beer and Aperol Spritzes. A premium package is also available featuring Louis Roederer Champagne, Bloody Marys, Aperol Spritzes and Espresso Martinis. Bottomless packages are available with the purchase of the prix-fixe brunch or an entrée and require full-table participation.

Located in the heart of Flatiron, Aqua New York is a striking dining destination built around a distinctive “two restaurants under one roof” concept. Aqua Roma showcases contemporary Italian cuisine, from handmade pastas and pizzas to seafood, while Aqua Kyoto focuses on modern Japanese dishes, including sushi and sashimi. At the center of the expansive space is Aqua Spirit, the restaurant’s cocktail bar, bringing the two culinary experiences together and allowing guests to enjoy Italian and Japanese dishes side-by-side.
