Bosch eBike Systems is proud to present our 2026-2027 Introductory Dealer Certification. Here we provide dealers with foundational knowledge about the Bosch eBike System, setting the stage for sales, service, and support success from box opening to new bike day handover. Consider this training an introduction to Bosch for all staff.
The Introductory Dealer Certification Training will cover:
• Introduction to MY27 innovations
• Comprehensive product knowledge of the smart system and Bosch eBike system 2
• Connectivity training on the eBike Flow app
• Bosch DiagnosticTool 3 for use with the smart system
and Bosch eBike System 2
• Bosch service process including troubleshooting and warranty procedure
• eBike safety including battery recycling
• Marketing resources
This Introductory Certification will award dealers access to the Bosch DiagnosticTool 3 for servicing smart system and Bosch eBike System 2 equipped bikes for 12 months.
Note: To ensure compliance with local regulations and partner requirements, this event is only for bicycle dealers in the USA. Any registrations not meeting these criteria are subject to cancellation.
