About this Event
Join us on November 15th for an afternoon of exploring the wild side of food! While hunting wild game and foraging for food were foundational survival skills for thousands of years, much of that connection has been lost in our modern era of farmed meats and conventional groceries. Let's step back in time and taste the incredible flavors our ancistors lived on.
We are thrilled to partner with Chef Cameron Dunlap of Morchella PDX, who will be preparing an arriay of wild game meat dishes, local oyster and foraged mushroom. Every tasty bite will be perfectly paired with a Teutonic wine. In fact, wild game was our very first thought for food pairingg with our wines. That is why the ring-neck pheasant is proudly featured on our label. To us, these animals are to be celebrated, deeply appreciated and respected for their sacrifice.
This will be a lively, outdoor-open-kitchen style event so dress warm!

Chef Cameron Dunlap has spent more than 15 years building a career around one idea: food tastes better when it's rooted in a place. That belief has taken him through kitchens at some of Portland's best restaurants, into leading his own for three years, and onto Bon Appétit's list of the Best New Restaurants in America in 2022.
