Hosted by the amazing Leslie H, this is more than a workout, it’s a morning of movement, connection, and celebration 🥳
Start your Sunday morning with a 40 minute Pilates + Strength Class designed to sculpt, energize, and uplift your body. After class, enjoy complementary matcha lattes, a styled photo corner with DTLA views, and the perfect chance to connect with like-minded women in a cozy, inspiring space.

Your instructor Paola Matoso will guide you through a dynamic series of mat Pilates exercises designed to target your core and glutes, improve flexibility, and elevate your overall fitness level. The class will be set to an empowering playlist, a vibrant mix of reggaeton and Brazilian funk, bringing global rhythms together to make you sweat, move, and have fun.
This is the perfect opportunity to challenge yourself and enjoy a workout that will leave you feeling strong, empowered, and energized.
Parking Details: There is a parking lot right across the street for $7, a lot next door where you can park on the roof for $6, as well as meter street parking.
