Come and join us for another Boot Scootin’ night at Low Places Bar in Birmingham — our home for line dancing, country music and proper honky-tonk good times! 🤠🔥
Whether you’ve never line danced in your life or you’re already one of our regular Boot Scooters, you’re more than welcome.
You don’t need a partner. You don’t need cowboy boots. And you definitely don’t need to know what you’re doing before you arrive. 😂
Everything in the teaching hour is broken down step-by-step, so just bring yourself, wear something comfortable and come ready to have a laugh. ❤️👢
🤠 THE LINEUP
👢 7:15–7:30PM — SADDLE UP
Ease yourself into the evening!
Grab a drink, find your spot on the dance floor and join us for a few familiar dances to get those boots moving before the teaching starts.
It’s your chance to warm up, have a laugh and work out which foot is which. 😂
💃 7:30–8:30PM — LINE DANCING CLASS
Our main teaching hour! 🤠👢
We’ll work through a selection of beginner-friendly line dances, from country favourites and Boot Scootin’ classics to newer dances and the occasional song swap.
Everything is taught step-by-step, so complete beginners are absolutely welcome.
And remember… there are no mistakes at Boot Scootin’ — only variations! 😂❤️
🎶 8:30–9:00PM — YOUR REQUESTS & SOCIAL
Teaching done — now the dance floor is yours! 🔥
This part of the night is all about social dancing and YOUR requests.
Ask for something we’ve just learned, bring back an old favourite or jump onto the floor when a dance you know comes on.
Got something you really want to dance? Send me your requests beforehand and we’ll try to squeeze in as many as we can! 👢🎶
🍻🎶 FROM 9:00PM — MUSIC, MORE DANCING & PARTY!
The teaching might be finished, but the night definitely doesn’t have to be! 🤠🔥
If there’s room on the dance floor and no live entertainment scheduled at Low Places, we can keep the Boot Scootin’ social going with more line dancing, requests and country favourites. 💃👢
If Low Places has live music or entertainment booked, grab yourself a drink, stick around and enjoy the show! 🎤🍻
Either way, there’s no rush to head home at 9pm.
Stay for the dancing, music, drinks, pizza and proper Low Places atmosphere. ❤️

Boot Scootin’ wouldn’t be quite the same without Low Places. ❤️
Mike and the team have been absolutely amazing in giving our little line dancing community a place to call home, and the venue is a huge part of what makes these nights so much fun.
If you’ve never visited before, don’t just think of it as somewhere we’re hiring a dance floor.
Low Places is a proper American-style dive bar and honky-tonk right here in Birmingham, and it’s worth making a whole night of it. 🤠🇺🇸

🍕 And whatever you do… COME HUNGRY.
The pizza is absolutely unreal — genuinely some of the best in town as far as we’re concerned. 😂🔥
So arrive, grab yourself a drink, order a pizza, get those boots moving and stick around afterwards.
Line dancing + country music + American drinks + pizza + Low Places = a pretty bloody good Friday night. 🤠🍕🍻👢

£6 per person + applicable booking fee.
Advance booking is required to take part in the line dancing.
A limited number of tickets may be available through Eventbrite, with bookings also available directly through the official Boot Scootin’ website.
Not dancing? You’re still more than welcome to come along, grab a drink, get some food, watch us attempt to remember which wall we’re on 😂 and enjoy the Low Places atmosphere!

Info: We might finish the organised line dancing at 9pm, but that definitely doesn’t mean you have to go home.
Stay at Low Places for country music, drinks, good company and honky-tonk vibes. Grab one of their American drinks, get yourself a pizza and carry on enjoying your Friday night.
THROUGHOUT THE EVENING — LOW PLACES BAR
The bar is there for you throughout the evening whenever you need a break from dancing.
There’s a great drinks selection, including American imports from the USA, as well as their seriously good pizza.
