Join us for Boost Your Brain, a relaxed and interactive event designed to explore simple, practical ways to support brain health throughout life. We’ll start with an engaging conversation about healthy habits and everyday choices that can help support memory, focus, and long-term brain wellness.
Then it’s time to play! 🎲
We’ll put our brains to work with a fun group game that encourages memory, strategy, focus, problem-solving, and plenty of friendly competition. No special skills or experience are needed- just come ready to learn, laugh, think, and enjoy yourself.
This is not your ordinary health class. Boost Your Brain is part education, part game time, and part opportunity to connect with people in our community.
