About this Event
This four week program will explore how reading can support your mental health and wellbeing. Find and share some great reads and rediscover the joy of reading with Wellways and Libraries Tasmania. Each week we will feature books that support health, healing and hope with positive discussions in a supportive and friendly environment.
These sessions are open to all – new readers, passionate readers and everyone in between.
A relaxed, informal and enjoyable four week program, commencing Wednesday 4 November at 1pm. Feel free to bring your lunch, basic refreshments provided.
The four dates are 4 November, 11 November and 25 November, 2 December (No class 18 November).

Parking:
- Library parking – outside building – Maximum 2-hour parking
- Channel Court complex - 3 hour parking
To ensure a successful event, please:
- Let us know if you can’t attend so we can give your place to someone else.
- Let us know if you have any support needs or if a support person will be coming with you.
Accessibility:
- 2 permit mobility parking spaces in the Library carpark - 2-hour parking limits
- Level access, automatic entrance doors, wide doorways and aisles for wheelchairs
- Accessible toilet and parenting room available
