Books & Boxing is a space for sisters to gather together to train our body, mind and soul.
This session is a combination of:
- Boxing based movement to build strength (& warm ups too)
- A book sharing circle, where each sister brings her favourite islamic book to discuss and reflect upon (reflective questions will be sentvia email)
This is beginner friendly, all fitness levels are welcome. You don't have to be a big reader either, come as you are, bring a book that resonates with you x
Books can be physical or digital, discussions are encouraged - no pressure to speak
