This class is suitable for all levels, whether you're new to yoga or an experienced practitioner. Our skilled instructors will provide modifications to tailor the practice to your individual needs.
Almost anyone can practise aerial yoga. But a few ailments will prevent somebody from attending aerial yoga. Aerial inverts are not safe for everyone. This activity is unsuitable for pregnant women and those who have recently undergone surgery. Please consult your physician before booking this class.
