Books and Brews is back for our October meetup with books, beer, and questionable amounts of themed snacks. Come solo or bring a friend. It’s a casual, low-pressure way to meet new people and talk books.

A Halloween party takes a dark turn after a girl claims she once witnessed a M**der. Hercule Poirot steps in to untangle village secrets, old suspicions, and a story nobody wanted to believe. Bring your theories—we’ll keep the surprises for the discussion.
Haven’t finished the book? Still come. Want to mostly listen? Also completely acceptable. There is no quiz. We promise.
Potluck Theme
Spooky Foods
Bring a Halloween-inspired dish or snack if you feel like it. Think mummy dogs, spiderweb dip, monster cookies, deviled egg eyeballs, or a candy snack mix. Homemade or store-bought, keep it easy.
Potluck participation is completely optional. You’re welcome to come empty-handed, grab a beer, and hang out. Books and Brews is free to attend; beer and other taproom purchases are available separately.
