About this Event
Join us, Hayley & Jen, at Slow Progress Records where we will show you how to make your own cross-stitched and hand-bound notebook to use for ideas, sketches, lists, recipes, designing new cross-stitch patterns, as a gift to someone special, or to keep for yourself!
Hayley will guide you in designing and stitching a small cross-stitch sample and Jen will teach you how to construct the book through simple bookbinding techniques. Together we will support you to make your own book from start to finish.
All materials and tools for both cross-stitch and bookbinding will be provided, including beautiful thread and card colours, various types of papers and recycled book pages for you to combine to create a truly unique little book.
