As part of 𝗧𝗵𝗲 𝗠𝗼𝘀𝘁 𝗕𝗲𝗮𝘂𝘁𝗶𝗳𝘂𝗹 𝗖𝘇𝗲𝗰𝗵 𝗕𝗼𝗼𝗸𝘀 𝗼𝗳 𝟮𝟬𝟮𝟱 𝗲𝘅𝗵𝗶𝗯𝗶𝘁𝗶𝗼𝗻 program in Hong Kong, we are honored to host a talk with Dr. Miu Ling Lam, Professor at CityU’s School of Creative Media and Director of the Centre for Applied Computing and Interactive Media. 📖
In this talk, Dr. Lam will share insights from her project and book Erased Murmurs, which recovers the vanished street writing of Hong Kong through infrared imaging, examining how technology and materiality can unearth buried urban narratives.🚏
