An intimate Italian culinary experience bringing together the recipes and pairing philosophy of The Art of Spice & Wine Pairing, Paul Cullen's Italian wines and culinary talents, and the personalities of all three hosts.Guests will discover how herbs, spices, preparation methods, and wine interact through specially selected dishes from the book, interpreted with Italian influences.
The afternoon will combine five food and wine pairings, entertaining conversation, practical wine education, stories from the hosts, and a live musical performance by Paul Cullen.
