About this Event
These relaxed, engaging sessions are designed to help children (and parents) develop practical wellbeing skills in a fun and supportive environment.
There is no pressure to sit perfectly still or "do it right". Every child is different, and they are free to take part in a way that feels comfortable for them. However, these sessions are best suited to children who do enjoy quiet time, it's not a space to run about.
During the session we may explore:
• Simple breathing exercises
• Guided visualisations and storytelling
• Gentle mindfulness activities
• Movement and relaxation
• Building confidence and emotional resilience
Children are welcome to join in, observe or simply enjoy the peaceful atmosphere.
