About the author:
Sayyid Amjad Hussain is a lifelong student of Islam, devoted to the love of the Prophet Muhammad ﷺ, the Ahl al-Bayt, and the spiritual heritage of Sunni Islam. His writing calls for a return to sincerity, humility, adab, and love as the foundations of nearness to Allah.
About the book:
For most of Islamic history, love for the family of the Prophet ﷺ was simply part of being a Sunni Muslim. Yet somewhere along the way, many came to feel that loving the Ahl al-Bayt too deeply was a step toward another tradition, something to admire from a careful distance.
