Local bookseller (and former Greenlight manager!) Ikwo Ntekim presents her debut YA novel Where We Go at Night with a special launch party event! Seventeen-year-old Trixie Godfrey's hometown of Woods Crossing would be perfect—if not for the dark world of fae and magic lurking in the shadows. After witnessing a brutal M**der, very close to home, Trixie ventures into the intriguing but deceitful world of the fae determined to get justice—only to find herself caught in a power struggle between ancient families. Award-winning author Ibi Zoboi (American Street, Nigeria Jones) joins Ntekim for a discussion on the book, before an audience Q&A and signing. And to celebrate this special Greenlight alumni book launch, we're hosting a fae "masquerade ball" and wine reception: come with your best wings and uncanny ball attire to enter to win our costume contest, or pick up a mask when you arrive to join the fun!
