Ready for a road trip with a monster twist? Join Erin McGuire-Thompson, author of Cross Country Cryptids: A Road Trip Guide to American Monsters, at the Carnegie Center on Thursday, December 3 from 5:30-7:00pm!
A 2023 graduate of Carnegie Center’s Author Academy, Erin returns with a wild tour of American monster lore, cryptid-themed destinations, and wonderfully weird roadside stops. Meet the author, hear the stories behind the book, and grab a copy to make your next road trip a little weirder. Perfect for folklore fans, curious road warriors, and anyone who loves things that are just a little bit strange!
