The repetitive motions can help soothe our nervous systems, support emotional regulation, and relieve stress. It’s phone-free creative time that invites you to slow down, focus, and enjoy the simple pleasure of making something sparkle!
What to bring: Your own book to bedazzle! Books with large, cartoon-like images and bold designs work best. Covers featuring photographs aren't ideal for this project.
Your $15 registration fee covers the rhinestones, supplies, a snack and soft drink or mocktail. Feel free to bring a brown-bag it if you want something more substantial.
