Welcome to Boogie Walk Nights for Women—a one-of-a-kind experience where movement meets confidence, and strangers become sisters.
The evening begins at StrongSelves Studio, where Blaze will teach everyone a few fun, easy dance moves to get the energy flowing and help everyone feel comfortable. No dance experience is needed—just come ready to smile, move, and have fun.
Once we're warmed up, we'll head together to the 44th Avenue beach entrance, where everyone will connect through our headphone experience. As the music plays, we'll dance, walk, laugh, and celebrate the freedom of moving without worrying about who's watching.
This isn't about perfect dance moves.
It's about letting go.
It's about confidence.
It's about stepping outside your comfort zone with a community of women cheering you on.
Whether you come alone or with friends, you'll leave with new memories, new connections, and a reminder that joy is one of the most powerful forms of self-care.

Rain? No problem!
If the weather doesn't cooperate, we'll bring the party inside StrongSelves Studio for an unforgettable dance party instead.
