This year’s Booger, Haunts & Haints invites you to uncover some of the fearsome folklore, eerie legends, and strange tales of the Upper Cumberland and beyond!Presented by Cookeville Leisure Services, this FREE, self-guided activity takes participants along Broad Street between the Cookeville History Museum and Cookeville Depot Museum.
Pick up your entry form at either museum between 10:30 a.m. and 2:30 p.m., then set out along Broad Street to hunt down the answers hidden along the way. Once you’ve completed your hike, return your entry form to the corresponding museum.
There are TWO different hikes to choose from; Each route begins at one museum and leads you to the other.
Feeling brave? Do both!
Completing both hikes means more chances to uncover Tennessee’s spooky stories—and more chances to win!
Participants who complete the activity will be entered into prize drawings sponsored by The Silver Fern.
