- Osteoporosis: what it is, risk factors, and how lifestyle choices can help (Osteoporosis affects 1 in 2 women over 50 and 1 in 3 men over 60)
- Arthritis: understanding symptoms and practical ways to manage joint pain
- When to seek further medical advice or assessment
This talk concentrates on how to improve bone health through simple, sustainable lifestyle measures.
