Come dance with me every Saturday for BollyX—a Bollywood dance workout that blends the vibrant beats of Indian music with an exhilarating cardio routine. You’ll burn 400–800 calories, get a full-body workout, and have so much fun doing it.
This class is for everyone - adults of all ages, races, bodies, and backgrounds. No dance experience needed. I’ll guide you through the moves, offer plenty of modifications, and make sure you feel welcome and supported every step of the way.
A little about me: I was born in Mumbai and raised on a joyful mix of classical dance and Bollywood music. These rhythms are in my bones, and I love sharing them with my community. Over the years, I’ve led events with hundreds of participants, taught at libraries across the state, and helped people of all ages. from 3 to 99, experience the joy of Bollywood dance. My classes are all about movement, music, connection, and fun.
Getting here is easy! There’s plenty of free parking on-street. It's also just a 6-minute walk from the Natick Center Commuter Rail Station.
