Dharmmele invites you to experience the joy of kirtan and meditation. Begin with a calming guided breathing meditation and sound bath, then sing along with ancient mantras in a listen and respond format called kirtan — live music that blends ancient chants with modern tunes to cleanse your mind and heart.
All ages, in person. No yoga mats required — chairs provided.
