The 5Rhythms dance and movement meditation practice might look like a wild dance party at first, but Gabrielle Roth’s 5Rhythms are designed to wake us up, shake us up, and bring us into our creative power. There are no steps or choreography to follow, but there are prompts and suggestions to help us move in new ways. The practice can be adapted to any ability level and any body. All that’s required is curiosity!
