Body Like Mine takes visitors on a journey of trans embodiment, resilience and joy.
Through a sequence of poetry, medical illustrations and portraits, Ocean explores how home can be found within the body, even through transformation, loss and growth. The exhibition culminates in a self-portrait surrounded by mushrooms and botanicals, a metaphor for rebirth, queer ecology and belonging.
Corner will be sharing their seasonal drinks menu for the night, inspired by queer history and winter warmth and selling works by Conscious Euphoria, as well as their own collections.
