This two-year experiential training offers a deep exploration of presence, embodiment, perception, relational skills, and trauma-informed practice.
The course is designed for people who feel drawn towards working with the body in a grounded, connected, and supportive way — whether as a new direction, an addition to existing work, or a personal journey of deepening into themselves.
Over the two years, students are supported through lectures, practical hands-on sessions, tutor groups, home study, peer practice, experiential learning, and ongoing community support.
One of the things people often speak about most strongly is the sense of safety, connection, and community that develops within the group over time.
Training takes place in the Connacht Hotel, Galway, across 10 seminars over two years.
