Introducing: Body and Bass - a conscious dance music experience 🟣This is a new music and wellness event series I am hosting in collaboration with breathwork facilitator @brookealigned and yoga instructor @savannainreverie 🌀
From 7:00 - 8:30 pm we will be hosting a breathwork + yoga + sound bath to get everyone’s energy feeling nice and relaxed, but ready to have fun and be present.
From 9:00 pm - 1:00 am we will have a lineup of DJs, and for this first one I’m stoked to say it’s an all women lineup. We are abundant in the feminine energy over here🔥

KCRG will be there with a candy making station and art station, as well as @bowflowbunny providing some flow arts.
We want to bring something different to the community and create a space for people to not only come dance, catch their favorite DJs, and have fun, but to also learn more about self discovery and taking care of yourself - mind body and spirit. Who says that having fun and taking care of yourself have to be two separate things?
The dancefloor is already such a healing and connecting place for so many, so why not take it a step further and prepare your energy before hand for maximum fun, connection, and wellbeing. Because let’s be honest, the energy you show up in on the dancefloor makes all the difference of your experience that night. We would love nothing more than to get you right before your night of fun⭐️

If you know me you know I’m very passionate about music, movement, breath, and how they really compliment each other to help us reconnect with ourselves on a deeper level.
