You are invited to a time outdoors, a time to explore our relationship to nature through the living body.Creative and movement propositions will be offered by three facilitators: Eduardo Sacco Caprotti, Rafa San Pablo and Cinzia Schincariol. They will lead you through a journey with no set expectations. Instead, they open a space that allows surprises to emerge, creating a deeply nourishing time.
There will be time for exploration, discovery, sharing and contemplation within a beautiful landscape.
We are looking for a bunch of keen curious humans ready to squeeze in a couple of tents, leap (or hop or roll or whatever you wish...) through the fields and share food duties with us.
Suitable for any level of movement. Options will be offered for different needs.

🗺TRAVELLING THERE:
Our host campground is 'Pymbroke Camp', located in the rocky outcrops of the Bremer Ranges, on the Bremer River in Rockleigh. This site was once an overnight yard for the sheep farmers who were passing through the area. There are 3 different camp sites, ours will be 'The Carob', situated further back from the river and surrounded by mulberry trees – which hopefully will be fruiting!
ℹ️ Please keep in mind that we are on private property and the following applies:
No electrical connection – this means no phone charging.
No water connection – this means no showers.
Pit toilet – toilet paper will be provided.
No tables – We will eat where nature allowed to (on ground, perhaps on a tree).
No wifi – you'll be 'dings' free for about 48 hours.
Pack it out policy – We will clean and 'leave no traces'.
🚗 Parking space on the property is limited so carpooling between us all is desirable, we can discuss together meeting points probably in Adelaide and/or Mount Barker.
‼️ Host's rules:
• Please be mindful and respectful of the live stock and wildlife in the area.
• Please be mindful that snakes are in the area and be safe.
• Please be safe near the water and be mindful of slippery rocks.
• The track to the sites is narrow and has a steep decline into camp- drive carefully.
• Please use the toilets provided.
• Please take all your own rubbish.
🥦 FOOD:
Part of the journey is to prepare food together. We will take care of the shopping, create a menu before hand based on participant's dietary needs and bring the necessary for cooking.

Eduardo Sacco Caprotti:
Growing up between the concrete and buildings of Milan, he moved to Australia to climb trees and maximise his barefoot time. Well, maybe that was not the reason, yet it is something that happened! Curious and intrigued by the unknown, he keeps on moving and playing on grappling mats, dancing floors, and natural dirt with increasingly white fur. His work is informed, yet not limited by Fighting Monkey®, Axis Syllabus©, Sports Science, Creative Arts Therapy, Contact Sports, and by the moving bodies he keeps on meeting, including his own.
Rafa San Pablo:
His journey begins with a curiosity about the rhythmic roots woven into Latin American culture, exploring different forms of expression, connection, and movement.
This exploration leads him to challenge gravity and explore the heights of acrobatics, moving through different movement languages, disciplines, and bodies. Alongside this, he deepens his understanding of the human body through the study of movement science and physiology, finding a constant dialogue between scientific knowledge and embodied experience.
Over time, he returns to dance from a different perspective: moving beyond structures and predefined forms, he embraces improvisation, deep listening, and the freedom to flow through the body, space, and connection with others.
A journey from rhythm to gravity, from knowledge to intuition, and from technique to the freedom of simply moving.
Cinzia Schincariol:
A nomad at heart, grown up between Venice and the Italian Alps, Cinzia is incredibly curious about the relationship of the body and the space it inhabits. Inspired by trees, rivers, lands, oceans, and birds, Cinzia constantly searches for meaning through the interplay of the experiencing body and the lived circumstances. Her work is inspired by Body-Mind Centering®, Environmental Somatics, Instant composition, Contact Improvisation, Qi Gong, Dance Movement Therapy, indigenous knowledge, and by all the people and children she works and shares her journey with.
