About this Event
Bobbin Lace Bookmark or Key Fob
In three hours, or less, learn the basics of lace making with the WNY Lace Guild for a free introductory class in Bobbin Lace. Whether it’s traditional or modern, bobbin lace is like weaving without the need for a loom. Today, lace makers go beyond the traditional doilies and collars and let their imaginations reign free! No experience is needed, and all materials will be provided to make either a bookmark or a simple key fob.
Members of the WNY Lace Guild study and work on the creation of lace projects, share accomplishments and help each other learn any and all lace making skills. We welcome all new comers and for more information on lace making please email [email protected]
