Bob is the author of Wandering Through Mysterious Labyrinths (2024) and a forthcoming second memoir, and has been a Diabetes Crusader & Educator since being diagnosed with Type 1 diabetes in his late teens. His journeys have taken him all over the world where he has completed many pilgrimages to famous religious sites.
Enjoying hearing about Bob's adventures, people he's met, and how to live a fulfilling life with a chronic illness.
